Day 1

P90X Day 1: Core Synergistics

45 minutes of push-ups, banana rolls, and lunges. O.M.G.

I think I died for a minute or two. But my dog came over and licked my face, so I had to get up and keep going. It wasn’t pretty, but I lived. The goal is to do bett next time that workout comes up.

Muscles hurt at bedtime. Were slightly better by morning.

I CAN DO THIS.

Cardio workout later today.
