After more than a week of my shoulder hurting to the point I couldn’t sleep, I went to the doctor.
Turns out I have a small tear in my rotator cuff. Doc diagnosed this after pulling, pushing, and poking my already painful shoulder until I was either about to cry or hit him.
I thought this was a sports injury, but he says it is also a repetitive stress injury and that common causes include vacuuming and sleeping wrong.
So I hurt myself sleeping or cleaning my house. Totally seems like something I’d do.
*rolling my eyes*
This delays my P90x plans. I’m off for 7-10 days. So I’m back to eating no sugar and no carb meals while I can’t workout. Ah well, makes dinner easy. Turkey burger patty, here I come …
